This was SO. MUCH. FUN!! I reserve the right to come back and add more photo's to my post!! LOL.
In the first image I followed Gavin's instructions, then for some reason when I got to the second image photoshop wouldn't allow me to to the "Cloud" effect, after getting incredibly frustrated, I decided that I would use a texture overlay instead ... and I like the result. It's a bit more scratchy rather than mottled, but I think it still looks antiqued. I followed the rest of Gavin's instruction to finish off.
I searched online and found a Photoshop Action for making the frame, which was really easy. I was hoping to find something big and chunky, but this will do.
